Existing Infrastructure Analysis

We start with a thorough analysis of your existing infrastructure, evaluating your applications, workloads, and technical requirements. The deliverables of this stage include a total cost of ownership (TCO) assessment, a detailed migration plan, and the design of an optimal target architecture for your cloud environment.

POC (Proof of Concept)

Before moving to a full migration, we propose a POC to validate the feasibility of the proposed solution. This will allow you to test the services and performance in a controlled environment before proceeding with a large-scale migration.

Migration in 3 Phases

The actual migration is carried out in three distinct phases:

The build and tests in a development environment.

The migration of workloads to production.

TF and AWS Workshops

To ensure a smooth transition to the cloud and the adoption of new solutions, we include skill transfer sessions throughout the project. To go further, we offer workshops to enhance your teams' skills on Terraform (TF) and Amazon Web Services (AWS). These sessions will allow them to familiarize themselves with cloud technologies and acquire the necessary skills to efficiently manage the cloud infrastructure after migration.

Support

After the migration, our team remains at your disposal to provide ongoing technical support, with availability from 1 to 3 working days per month. Whether it's to solve technical problems or answer questions, we are here to support you. If these days are not used, they will not be billed. However, it is also possible to offer additional availability according to your needs.
